* Core office Hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm (you will be required to work 2 Saturdays a month 9-1pm)
* Hybrid working – 2/3 days per week in the office
Role Purpose:
Working as part of the Commercial Team, our overall objective is to achieve operational targets in respect of Sales, Renewals and Adjustments for the relevant products, whilst providing excellent customer service. These targets will include volume of premium transactions, customer satisfaction levels, and document turnaround times.
You will be an instrumental part of our team with targets including the number of customer contacts made, leads obtained, quotations provided, sales generated as well as quality levels in relation to compliance and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Expand the client base by proactively sourcing new business opportunities across a wide variety of Commercial products.
2. Assessing client demands and needs, analysing risks, and recommending appropriate insurance cover.
