Fixed Term Contract – 18 months | Full Time | 38 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Minor Oral Surgery Unit at Bupa Dental Care Peterborough. We are looking for an experienced GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a fixed-term basis.
This is a nursing and administration-based role, supporting patients and GDPs throughout the referral and treatment journey. Full training will be provided in both clinical and administrative aspects of the role.
Working pattern
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
Friday: 8.30am – 2.30pm
38 hours per week
About the role
Our team members are the first point of contact for patients and referring GDPs, making this a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, compassionate and efficient patient journey. You’ll be working closely with a dedicated specialist team, supporting patients referred for Minor Oral Surgery treatment.
This role would suit an experienced Dental Nurse with a passion for oral surgery, excellent attention to detail and a caring, patient-focused approach.

Qualified Dental Nurse skills and experience required for this role:

3. Preferred Dentally experience
4. Ensure CQC requirements are met
5. Update patient records - digitally held
6. Set up decontamination of instruments
7. Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
8. Undertake some reception duties
