Our client, a leading manufacturer of metal components and springs are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join our team in Redditch.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.
Role Details:
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
* Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
* Working as part of a busy team
Working days:
* 8:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday
