Salary: 28-30k
Location: Birmingham (Full Time, Permanent)
The Role:
Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality internal communications and strategic initiatives across the firm.
Responsibilities:
* Support strategic projects, including business planning and firmwide growth initiatives
* Collaborate with the Internal Communications Manager to drive engaging internal communications
* Contribute to our Responsible Business communications and initiatives
* Assist in organising high-profile events, including our annual Partners’ Conference
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Strategy & Communications
* Manage content creation and communication channels
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal communications, marketing, or PR
* Exceptional writing, organisation, and project management skills
* Comfortable managing content and multiple communication channels
