Structured Coaching: You will be mentored by a senior PE lead who will help you develop your techniques across a wide range of sports. Professional Study: Protected time each week to focus on the ECF modules, with a specific focus on the biomechanics and sports psychology aspects of the curriculum. Departmental Integration: You will be a full member of the PE team from day one, involved in all aspects of fixture planning and departmental strategy. The Role & Department You will deliver high-quality PE lessons across the secondary age range and take a proactive role in the school’s competitive fixtures.
