Job Description
You'll handle a broad range of work including:
3. Bridging and property finance transactions
4. Acting for banks and short-term finance lenders
5. Dual and separate representation
6. Drafting loan documents, deeds of priority, and third-party mortgages
7. Liaising with borrowers' solicitors and reviewing legal packs
8. Managing title insurance matters
9. Supporting general commercial property transactions
The Successful Applicant
10. 3-4 years PQE (flexible for candidates with strong relevant experience)
11. Experience in secured lending and bridging finance, particularly lender-side
12. Solid technical knowledge and attention to detail
13. Strong communication and client-handling skills
14. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
15. Interest in business development and team growth
