The Princess Grace Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is one of the UK’s best-equipped, private surgical hospitals providing complex care. We are actively recruiting an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our dynamic Theatre team. As an effective, compassionate, and visible leader, you will support the theatre department both administratively (budgets and targets) and clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient perioperative care.
Working closely with the Surgical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing theatre lists and workforce, and providing strategic and operational direction to grow the department's business; plan new services, and introduce new technologies as required.

What you’ll bring:
* Qualified practitioner with current registration with NMC or HCPC
* Previous leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and enthuse individuals/teams
* Proven experience in a leadership role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively, responding to departmental and hospital needs
* The ability to set, implement, and evaluate standards of practice
