Job Title: Customer Master Data Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Master Data Manager to lead customer account management operations within the UK supply chain function. This leadership role will oversee the customer master data team and drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Customer Master Data (CMD) team, setting clear goals and KPIs
Develop and implement customer master data strategies and processes
Ensure compliant validation, maintenance, and governance of UK customer accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams
Oversee system improvements and resolve ERP interface issues
Drive data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation initiatives
Lead or support strategic and cultural transformation projects
Skills & Experience Required:
Pharmaceutical supply chain experience (or similar regulated industry)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Advanced data analysis and data visualisation capability
Commercial awareness and understanding of customer segments
