We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in managing and developing high-value relationships with our insurance partners and strategic accounts. This is a dynamic position combining account management with hands-on operational involvement, ensuring exceptional client service, strong commercial performance, and continuous improvement across the business. You will be willing to travel to our 38 sites across the UK and required to visit our Head Office in Bognor Regis twice a week. We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want you to be a part of it! This role will include, but is not limited to: * Managing and developing relationships with key insurance partners and strategic accounts to support retention and growth. * Liaising closely with all teams to improve and enhance business processes. * Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and performance-related matters. * Supporting the implementation of new clients, services, and business initiatives across the network. * Leading regular client review meetings to manage negotiations with clients and partners in a collaborative manner, building trust while achieving balanced, mutually beneficial agreements. * Track operational performance, identifying trends and supporting improvements where required. * Supporting financial planning by managing account budgets and contributing to commercial forecasts. * Achievement of client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Accuracy and consistency of reporting and account management activities to the managing director. What are we looking for? * Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing accounts. * Confidence in analysing data and using insights to drive improvements. * Strong background managing senior external relationships. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where no two days are the same. * Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to consistently meet and surpass client expectations.
