Job Title: Partner Growth Manager

As the UK Partner Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. Your mission is to drive partner engagement, accelerate joint revenue growth, and deepen strategic collaboration. You will act as the primary point of contact for MSP partners, working closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to optimise joint go-to-market strategies and ensure mutual success.
Your Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSP partners, understanding their business models, goals, and challenges.
Serve as a trusted advisor to drive growth and collaboration.
Growth and Revenue Enablement
Develop and execute joint business plans with MSP partners to increase sourced and influenced revenue.
Motivate partners to invest in go-to-market activities, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and product integration.
Partner Onboarding and Enablement
Oversee the onboarding process for new MSP partners, ensuring they have the necessary training, tools, and resources to successfully sell and support company solutions.
Joint Marketing and Sales Initiatives
Collaborate with marketing to design and implement co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and sales collateral that drive demand and pipeline through the partner channel.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Establish clear KPIs and metrics for partner success.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to both partners and internal leadership to continuously improve outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and customer success teams to ensure partners have the support needed for integration, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Your Story: Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS business development, channel management, or partner growth roles, with at least 2 years focused on managing MSP partners.
* Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner relationships that drive measurable revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, cloud solutions, and channel sales dynamics.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate both internal teams and external partners.
* Experience in developing joint business plans, managing sales pipelines, and executing marketing campaigns in a partner ecosystem.
* Ability to analyse data and partner performance metrics to make informed strategic decisions.
