We are looking for a strong Sous Chef for this busy restaurant in Newcastle. Someone who is used to cooking with fresh food and has a passion for working in a professional kitchen. You will be someone who is ambitious and wants to grow with the business and learn. The company has several sites around the UK and so there are opportunities for development and promotion over time. You will be a Sous Chef who leads from the front and can support the Head Chef in training the team. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in ordering and stock management. You will be knowledge4able about Food Safety and Health and Safety, keeping all HACCP records up-to-date.
