Banding: Band 7-8a 9dependant on experience)
Location: Gloucester
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months
Working Pattern: Full-time, 08:30AM – 16:30PM
Rate: £28 – £39 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time basis for a 3-month period. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within our dispensary and inpatient mental health ward.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical pharmacy services to the dispensary and inpatient mental health ward.
* Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the use of medications.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Educate patients and staff on medication management and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a hospital setting.
* Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably within mental health.
* Desirable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
