We’re looking for two Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our friendly and committed team in the Animal Care and Land Management department As an LSA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Further Education learners during both practical and classroom-based sessions. From farm fields to theory lessons, no two days will be the same! What You’ll Do: Support teachers in delivering engaging practical and theory sessions Provide interventions and tailored support for learners Build meaningful relationships that make a real difference Collaborate as part of a supportive, passionate teamWhat We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience supporting young people in an educational setting ✅ A proactive, team-focused mindset ✅ Confidence working in land-based environments with animals Why Join ?
