Basic knowledge of networking, IT, and electrical principles. Ability to work as part of a team and independently using your own initiative. Technical support experience is preferred. Responsibilities: Provide telephone, email, and in-person technical support to our customers in a professional and timely manner. Support our sales team with pre-sale enquiries. Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Assist in testing new products and solutions that complement our product portfolio. Assist with RMA shipments with suppliers.
