Remote: UK
Salary: Up to £50k + 1% Equity
What You’ll Do
* Build and scale backend services for video processing and search
* Design cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for performance and reliability
* Set up CI/CD pipelines and observability tools
* Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate models into production
* Take a product-first approach to engineering
What You’ll Need
* 2-4 years experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask)
* Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
* Proficiency in database design (e.g. PostgreSQL)
* Familiarity with Docker, IaC tools (Terraform), and monitoring stacks
* Start-up mindset
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML deployment, vector databases, or video pipelines.
