* Take a flexible approach and assist other projects and workstreams within the programme as needed.
* Act as an active member of the Programme team, fostering a high‑performing, agile, resilient team despite high demand and ambiguity.
The team
You’ll join a small, motivated team working directly with the Strategic Design and Transition Programme Director and Deputy Directors. The team is still forming, but a friendly welcome and an engaging, rewarding environment are expected, with personal development supported.
Experience / Skills Required
* Experience working with central government to develop policy, including collaboration with economists and scientists.
* Strategic thinking and ability to act strategically.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills, including translating complex or ambiguous information into simple, targeted advice on short notice.
* Experience working across boundaries and influencing at all levels.
