Demand Planner - FMCG
Office Location: Berkshire (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate demand planning strategies for EMEA by analyzing stock meetings and utilizing Demand Solutions to implement purchase order fulfillment.
2. Define planning parameters, identify risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
3. Oversee the lifecycle of customer product ranges and intake schedules, assessing risks and proposing strategies to achieve sales targets.
4. Assist in quarterly reviews with major customers, ensuring NHOPS and new products are integrated into growth strategies.
5. Evaluate demand forecasts and leverage historical data to inform range planning decisions.
6. Implement measures to enhance the accuracy of internal forecasts, aligning them with market demand.
7. Conduct thorough analyses of hotel-level sales data to identify fluctuations and collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
8. Provide monthly reports on sales variances compared to forecasts, recommending corrective actions for performance optimization.
9. Continuously refine forecasting methodologies to better anticipate customer needs and increase responsiveness.
10. Create and implement new formats for sharing forecasts with internal teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
