Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse, high‑quality caseload that offers real technical variety and early client autonomy.
* Probate and administration of taxable and non‑taxable estates.
* Create and register lasting power of attorneys.
* Provide inheritance tax and succession advice.
* Prepare straightforward and complex wills.
Qualifications
* NQ – 2 PQE solicitor or chartered legal executive.
