The Opportunity
You will take charge of a small site team, overseeing day-to-day works on sewerage and utilities projects. The role is hands-on and varied, offering the chance to lead from the front while making a real impact on the delivery of critical infrastructure. You’ll have the support of supervisors and engineers, but the autonomy to run your team and ensure that works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need
*
Previous experience as a Ganger, Working Foreman, or in a similar supervisory role in civils, utilities, or water projects
*
Good knowledge of sewerage systems, drainage, or underground utilities
*
NRSWA certification and CSCS card essential; SSSTS/SMSTS and Confined Space training desirable
*
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a small team
*
A full UK driving licence
