This brand-new opportunity involves working within the finance department, leading the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems within the business.
As the Company Accountant, your tasks include:
1. Cash flow management, both short term and assisting with long term management to support business growth
2. Annual budgeting and forecasting
3. Preparing monthly management information and presenting to the Board, KPI reporting, variance analysis and reporting on trends
4. Preparing Month and Year End documents
5. Staff payroll
6. Managing Subcontractor CIS payments
7. Overseeing credit control
8. Overseeing regular payment runs
9. Managing the Accounts Assistant, completing appraisals and supporting their development
