We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants with at least one year’s experience within a care home setting to join our exceptional team.
Our 63-bed home is made up of four specialised units, each providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, or other neurological disorders.

* 12 months minimum experience working in nursing and/or care homes, as a healthcare assistant or similar role within the UK (essential)
* A genuine passion for helping others and promoting dignity and independence
* Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
* Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
* A positive team-focused attitude
* A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
* Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development
* NVQ Level 2 or working towards it (desirable)
Your Working Pattern
* Day shift: 07:30 – 20:00
* Average: 40.25 hours per week
* Alternate weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

* Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
* Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
* Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
* Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
* Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
