About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of shopper‑focused marketing activity across key retail channels. In this role, you’ll turn brand strategy into effective customer plans, build strong relationships with retailers, and ensure consistent execution of campaigns in‑store and online.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll manage activation calendars, and develop customer specific tools and materials. You’ll also oversee trade, manage agency partners, and support the wider commercial business with insight‑led recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead shopper marketing strategy across grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels
* Develop customer specific activation plans and sales materials
* Manage trade comms, retail visibility, and promotional activation
* Collaborate with sales teams on customer plans and presentations
* Oversee budget management and agency coordination
* Line manage and mentor team members
About you
* 5+ years in shopper or customer marketing
* Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behaviour
* Experience developing retailer presentations and sales tools
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management
* Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
