You’ll join a talented HR team within an organisation undergoing significant change, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases.
You will progress complex casework through to successful outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy and best practice. You will also support wider people projects such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations and organisational change initiatives.
Salary up to £40,000 + Good benefits, including a discretionary bonus.
