Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.
Part-Time Planning Administrator
Location: Trent Precast, Colwick Nottingham
Hours: Part-Time (flexible hours to be agreed)
We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Planning Administrator to support our Planning Team in coordinating production schedules, maintaining planning data, and ensuring accurate information is available across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Planning Team.
* Update and maintain production plans, schedules, and tracking documents.
* Input and manage data within company systems and spreadsheets.
* Liaise with Production, Design, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure planning information is accurate and up to date.
* Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and meeting preparation.
* Maintain project records, drawings, and planning documentation.
* Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* Previous administration or planning support experience is desirable but not essential.
* This role would suit an organised individual looking for a flexible part-time position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
