Director of Catering - London - 90k plus bonus
I am recruiting for a Director of Catering to head up the catering contract at a visitor attraction in London.
For this Director of Catering role, they require someone who has:
* Managed a large catering contract of £5m+
* Experience managing a venue with multiple retail outlets
* Experience managing large events
* Great front of house presence
* A natural way with people
* Experience managing a large team
* Excellent financials and P&L knowledge
All candidates applying for this Director of Catering role must have been in a similar role within the last year.
