The successful candidate will focus on both new business development and key account management across a range of sectors. ?? Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across the North West. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and contract flooring markets. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to drive sales. Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, designers, specifiers, and end users. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide market feedback to support product development and strategic planning. ?? Candidate Requirements: Proven track record in field sales, ideally within the flooring, construction, or interiors industries. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Commercially astute with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Full UK driving licence. ??
