Neoskill is seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic content, social media management, email marketing, and design.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Social Media: Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook profiles through engaging content, community interaction, and targeted messaging. Daily tasks include engaging with industry-relevant content and responding to posts and comments.
* Content Creation: Develop and schedule high-impact posts, stories, and campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives. You may also message potential clients to initiate conversations and generate leads.
* Design: Create polished visuals for training materials, marketing collateral (including website assets), sales proposals, and other digital resources—all consistent with Neoskill’s brand identity and professional design standards.
* Email Marketing: Design and deliver compelling email campaigns. Monitor performance and refine strategies using CRM segmentation. Campaigns will target both new prospects and existing leads in alignment with broader marketing goals.
* Campaign Support: Align content with overall marketing strategies by coordinating messaging, visual identity, and campaign objectives across all digital channels. Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, training promotions, and lead-generation initiatives, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand presence.
Essential skills include professionalism, self-motivation, hardworking, ability to use own initiative, excellent communication skills, teamwork, flexible working hours (when necessary), an enthusiastic personality and ability to work remotely.

Day-to-Day Operations
This is a home-based role requiring occasional travel to for team collaborative sessions. Given the international scope of our business, some flexible working hours may be required for team projects, as others may not always align with a standard 9am-5:30pm schedule.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* A formal degree or training qualification is preferred
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, content creation, and design
* Strong understanding of social media trends and digital engagement strategies
* Exceptional copywriting and visual design skills, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and performance analytics
* A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Demonstrated success in a corporate (B2B) digital marketing environment
* A solid background in graphic design to support content creation and campaign execution
