PR Senior/Account Director – Consumer/Food & Drink
Join a dynamic PR agency known for crafting bold, culturally relevant campaigns that get results. You’ll lead high-profile accounts, shaping brand narratives for major consumer, beverage, and entertainment brands - from launching a worldwide bursary initiative for a luxury FMCG brand to hosting an IRL quiz showdown linked to a prime-time TV show sponsorship.
The role in a nutshell:
* This Senior Account Director position will have you focus on the agency’s portfolio of clients, spanning consumer, lifestyle and well-known household food and beverages brands.
* You will be required to produce engaging pitches and be confident in leading innovative campaigns that truly represent the values of the agency and the clients.
* Drive strategic thinking across accounts and manage your team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
* Ensure that press releases and thought leadership articles are consistently delivered to a high standard.
* Manage regular review meetings with clients as well as your junior team members to ensure everyone is happy and the content being produced is always successful – even assessing the commercial aspect of client accounts to ensure your campaigns are profitable.
Who we’re looking for:
* You will be an established Account Director or Senior Account Director already working within the consumer brand sector.
* You will ideally have a cross-discipline of PR and social experience, having the ability to engage in the social aspect of the campaigns you produce.
* Be able to successfully assess rapidly changing industry trends and apply that into your portfolio of work.
* Previous experience managing juniors as well as the upkeep of client relations, you will then apply this to the role.
* Be a strategic thinker and bring new and exciting ideas to the agency.
