Position Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced leasehold enfranchisement solicitor of at least 4-years PQE, with experience working on a variety of property enfranchisement matters for HNW clients, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, leasebacks, deeds of variation, licences for alterations, 1967 Act, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
* Prepare and draft legal documents.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
* Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.
Qualifications + Experience:
* At least 4-years PQE Qualified Solicitor within enfranchisement/property law
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
* Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
