Interior Designer Role
Layrd Design is a bold and fast-growing commercial interior design studio seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. Work on inspiring projects ranging from stadium interiors to boutique wellness spaces, creating environments that perform as well as they look.

The Role:
As an Interior Designer, you will take a hands-on approach to projects, from developing initial mood boards and concept designs to overseeing on-site installations. This is a full-time position offering a blend of in-studio collaboration and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support design projects for all sectors from concept to completion.
* Develop and present compelling mood boards, concept designs, and detailed drawings.
* Create compelling visuals for projects and tender bids.
* Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the design vision is realised.
* Attend and lead site meetings, managing on-site trades to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
What You'll Bring:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in commercial interior projects.
* Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong technical skills in space planning, construction detailing, and FF&E specification.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Confidence in managing on-site trades and suppliers.
