We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Retrofit Project Assistant. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (work pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate). This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working. As a Retrofit Project Assistant, you will respond to correspondence from tenants, contractors and various departments within the business. Maintaining daily communication with contractors working on our behalf and liaising with other departments, addressing matters such as information requests, customer complaints and service inquiries. You’ll use your own initiative and knowledge to answer queries, whilst working closely with your manager on any escalated queries and directing correspondence to the appropriate team or contractor as needed. Having a strong understanding of our record systems and online portals, enabling you to provide accurate updates and information on completed work. You’ll collaborate with the data team to maintain detailed records and assist your manager in planning work programs. Additionally, supporting your manager by preparing documents and consolidating data to streamline procurement and scheduling processes. You’ll attend site visits at our properties to support your manager with understanding progress and quality of works being completed. With experience of working with customers, you’ll need to be a strong communicator and can adapt to the needs of a diverse range of customers. Possessing excellent IT skills and organisational abilities. With the ability to interpret and understand data. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and you’ll need to hold a full valid driving license.
