We’re growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. This regional role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with proven B2B software experience, ready to drive impactful campaigns that fuel Gentrack’s international growth. The Specifics As our Marketing Manager EMEA, you'll be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy, building brand awareness, supporting sales in nurturing opportunities through the funnel, and generating qualified leads. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your tasks will include: Marketing operations: Utilizing marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) to streamline campaigns, track performance, and report on key marketing metrics. Event management: Planning, organizing, and executing a range of marketing events, from webinars to industry conferences, to maximize engagement and lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy execution: identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value target accounts through coordinated, multi-channel campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive pipeline growth. Content creation and communications: Crafting compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, presentations, and email campaigns, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience. Digital marketing: Developing and optimizing engaging digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and measure ROI. What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you): Experience: Previous experience in B2B field marketing within the software industry is required. Demonstrated expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, social media, event marketing, and corporate communications is desired. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and customer-facing teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities is desired. Bonus points if you have experience with software for utilities or have worked with energy/water providers. Technical skills: Proficiency with marketing CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) for campaign management, segmentation, and reporting is required. Familiarity with design tools like Canva and/or basic video editing software is a plus. Personal attributes: Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Sales, Customer Executive, and Marketing teams to align goals, share insights, and deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing strategies. Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
