Purpose of Role
You will be experienced in delivering fit out projects that require tight deadlines, coordination and quality control. You’d also be responsible for ensuring that all work, FM-related, is delivered within budget, on time, and in line with contractual obligations, all while fostering positive relationships with clients and partners.
Job Description
This is a very hands on Commercial Manager position where you will be involved in the detail and delivering on costings and profitability and leading the team by example.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Commercial Team in the London & SE Region of the Commercial MU who deliver project works with an annual revenue of approximately £7m each year.
Experience of managing a team and/or mentoring / overseeing junior commercial staff.
Undertaking 1-1's with team members and encouraging development of experience/skillset.
Collating CVR reports and monthly forecasts for senior reporting.
Client facing role with ability to challenge & problem solve.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
FM. Refurbishment or Minor Works background.
Large scale fit out.
Experience of managing a team and/or mentoring / overseeing junior commercial staff.
