We sell hundreds of brands on our website and have now developed a business designing and manufacturing many of the brands under licence. The role…
We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced childrenswear buyer to join the Licensed Brands team at Next, where we design and manufacture collections for brands such as Paul Smith, Ted Baker, Little Bird, Superdry and AllSaints. From researching the latest trends through to analysing data, planning and presenting the ranges, you'll work hard to manufacture elevated designs that refl ect the brand's 'DNA' and handwriting.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, self motivated buyer who has experience working at pace across varied suppliers and product categories.
About You:
You will have the ability to source multiple product ranges across childrenswear. You'll be an experienced buyer with strong analytical and planning skills as well as having a commercial focus. You should be able to easily identify the latest trends and have a comprehensive understanding of the market. A proven track record in identifying growth opportunities and trading ranges in-season is crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with the design, merchandise and technical teams.
