Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in need. Duties

* Help with meal preparation and feeding as required, promoting healthy eating habits.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the relevant healthcare professionals.
* Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Experience or knowledge of home care practices is advantageous.
* Ability to understand and follow care plans accurately while being attentive to the specific needs of each client.
* Basic written skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team.
* A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
* Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
