You will: ✔ Deliver high‑quality estate and tenancy management services ✔ Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local agencies ✔ Carry out tenancy visits, inspections, and support sustainability ✔ Respond proactively to tenancy breaches, ASB, safeguarding and housing issues ✔ Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism ✔ Help shape neighbourhood improvements and community initiatives ✔ Be an ambassador for Ocean Housing and our values every day This is a fast‑paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same — and where your contribution has a direct positive impact on people’s lives. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: ⭐ Customer‑focused — passionate about delivering excellent service ⭐ Resilient and empathetic — calm under pressure and sensitive to residents’ needs ⭐ A strong communicator — confident, clear and professional ⭐ Organised and proactive — able to manage a busy caseload ⭐ A team player — supportive, collaborative and positive ⭐ IT‑literate — confident in using MS Office and case management systems Essential Experience Includes: Dealing with customers in challenging or sensitive situations Delivering face‑to‑face customer service Administration and accurate record‑keeping A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) is required. Housing‑related qualifications or CIH membership are desirable, but not essential.
