The Audit teams are essential to the firm and the economy, offering specialist knowledge across sectors, markets, and geographies. You'll be part of a team that delivers high-quality, robust audits that companies and their stakeholders can trust.
Your Role
As an integral part of our Audit team, you will:
* Act as a major point of contact within the firm, alongside the Partner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming their principal point of contact throughout the year.
* Develop a strong commercial understanding of the businesses you audit.
* Identify and seize business and sales opportunities with new audit entities.
* Represent the firm at office marketing events and stay informed about the wide range of services we offer.
* Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales, identifying opportunities for additional billings.
What We’re Looking For
* ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
* Previous experience in managing people.
* Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
* Project management experience.
Salary: £60k - £72kLocation: Birmingham
