Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who loves working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making? This leading Birmingham law firm is looking for an experienced FBP to join their high-performing finance function and play a key role in shaping the firm’s future.
This is a hybrid Finance Business Partner role based in Birmingham City Centre. You’ll be working for a highly respected firm with an inclusive, people-first culture. You will be working with inspiring leaders who value insight, collaboration and innovation.
As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the firm. You’ll provide meaningful financial analysis, support strategic planning, and help teams make data-driven decisions. This is a visible, hands-on role where you’ll directly impact commercial outcomes.
The key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Leaders to support budgeting, forecasting & performance reviews
- Delivering insightful MI and financial commentary
- Identifying opportunities for margin improvement
- Supporting pricing decisions and commercial discussions
- Challenging assumptions and promoting financial accountability
- Leading or contributing to strategic projects across the firm
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in business partnering. Experience within professional services would be an advantage, but not essential.
