Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Reporting and Data Associate. Key Responsibilities
Reporting
* Generate key people metrics for monthly reports, quarterly board presentations, and annual Remuneration Committee materials.
* Collaborate with DEI and Compensation teams to develop and maintain DEI metric reporting.
* Ensure the accuracy of HR system data through report generation and regular audits.
* Own the preparation and provision of HR data for the firm’s fundraising and due diligence activities.
* Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate trends and insights effectively.
* Identify opportunities to support HR initiatives with data-driven analysis and robust reporting tools.
HRIS Management
1. Administer and optimise the HRIS platform, including system implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and development.
