Resourcing activities will play a key role in supporting the delivery of both the strategic goals and the people strategy. This is an opportunity for an experienced Resourcing professional to make a positive impact on Cartrefi, our colleagues, and the people we support.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Resourcing Manager at Cartrefi Cymru, you will lead the organisation’s approach to resourcing. You’ll work strategically in line with our people strategy to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
This is a new role where you'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver proactive resourcing initiatives aligned to our strategic goals, shaping the full candidate experience—from attraction and selection to onboarding and future development opportunities.
You’ll oversee a team of Resourcing Advisors and collaborate with managers, senior leaders, and external partners to promote Cartrefi as an employer of choice across Wales.
The role requires a resourcing professional experienced in the full colleague lifecycle, with in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and results delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Skills in managing data, developing KPIs, and using systems like applicant tracking tools are essential.
Creative thinking, stakeholder engagement, and leading company-wide projects and change initiatives are crucial. Most importantly, you should embody Cartrefi’s values—honesty, trust, kindness, respect, and wellbeing—in every stage of the resourcing journey.

* Experience leading an internal resourcing department
* Ability to think strategically and deliver impactful resourcing projects
* Strong knowledge of resourcing and recruitment best practices
* Confidence advising managers and stakeholders on resourcing requirements
* Up-to-date employment law knowledge
* Success in fast-paced, high-volume resourcing environments
* Experience managing effective resourcing campaigns
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR and resourcing experience
