1. Compile and check monthly cost reports against projection and record monthly cost difference with reasons and proper substantiation.
2. Study project specific requirements and to forecast possible additional costs base on projection.
3. Ensure payment/ projection allocations are based on the specific work items.
4. Study and check projection costs with monthly closing of POs with site.
5. Check and monitor site expenses for all trades.
6. Calling of quotations and prepare comparison sheet.
7. Checking quantities based on drawings by measurement; manually, using software Cost ‘X’ or other suitablesoftware.
8. Call quotations, by trade, for on-going works.
9. Tracking of project VO lists including computation of expected profit.
10. Negotiation in final accounts with Vendors.
