The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and support to a wide range of clients. Your responsibilities will include: The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters, including: • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties. • Handling landlord and tenant issues. • Overseeing property acquisitions, sales for development, options, and conditional contracts. • Representing lenders in various transactions. Duties will include: • Managing a mixed caseload. • Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders. • Drafting various legal documentation. • Dealing with complex property matters. The successful candidate will: • Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE with a minimum level of 5 years experience in commercial property. • Have experience in running your own Commercial Property caseload. If you have the relevant experience, you will also deal with corporate transactions, including: Business sales and purchases Company re-structuring Shareholder and Partnership agreements Why this opportunity?
