Accounts Semi Senior / Accounts Assistant
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
TPF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and friendly firm of Chartered Accountants based in Alton, Hampshire, who are looking for an Accounts Semi Senior (or an experienced Accounts Assistant) to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some previous experience in accountancy practice who is looking to build on their skills and progress their career in a supportive environment.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with a diverse client portfolio, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships across a variety of industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing limited company accounts and corporation tax returns
2. Completing self-assessment tax returns for individuals and partnerships
3. Assisting with VAT returns and management accounts preparation
4. Supporting clients with queries and providing excellent customer service
5. Working as part of a collaborative team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
