Company Description

We are a premier grounds maintenance and landscaping company, established in 1962 providing a range of services to our clients within the commercial sector. We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our small team, within our fast-paced office.

Main Responsibilities

· Tracking, recording and updating ISO accreditation (quality, environmental and health and safety) requirements, including site visits, equipment and machinery

· Tracking, recording, monitoring and updating customer reactive works (customer care)

Communication

· Telephone, email, deliveries and post

· Liaise with all teams throughout the company

· Sub-contractor annual evaluation updates

· Client quarterly customer care questionnaires and feedback monitoring

Databases

· Updating of client and HS&E portals

Health & Safety

· Employee training/toolbox talk planning and monitoring

· Quarterly HS&E meetings

· Accident recording/reporting

· Vehicle safety (servicing, MOT's, 12 weekly checks, weekly check inspections, calibration)

Scheduling/Reporting

· Mechanical and electrical services – monitoring and tracking evidence

· Drainage services - monitoring of planned works and tracking evidence

· Grounds maintenance services - monitoring of planned works and tracking evidence

· Seasonal Winter management administration

· Monitoring of management and HS&E reports

General Duties

· Typing of quotations for directors/contract manager

· Requesting of purchase orders prior to completion of works

· Updating and monitoring company quote-log/additional invoicing

· New site set-up (new contract forms, mobilisation, HSE forms, RAMS, PACE)

· Holiday cover

· Office team support as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Education:

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

* Customer service: 2 years (required)
* Administrative: 5 years (required)
* Microsoft: 5 years (required)

Language:

* English (required)
