🚀 The Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day running of IT operations while driving improvements across infrastructure, security, and systems. You’ll act as the go‑to person for all things IT, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware
* Oversee Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365)
* Ensure network performance across firewalls, routers, and switches
* Lead on cybersecurity, implementing best practices and responding to threats
* Manage cloud services and support ongoing digital improvements
* Own IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards
* Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity
* Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
* Provide support and guidance to internal teams on IT‑related issues
* Identify and implement new technologies to improve business operations
🧠 What They’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in an IT Manager / IT Lead / Senior IT Support role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and infrastructure
* Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
* Experience managing vendors and external IT providers
