Key responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience, achieving results
* Drive sales and manage budgets, P&L statements, merchandising and stock to improve profits
* Create a store personality and ensure it is a great place for team and customers
* Support the area as part of a wider team of Branch Managers, championing KPIs and business development
Required Skills & Experience
* Experienced manager ready to advance retail knowledge
* Ready to prove yourself and manage your own store
* Passionate about retail with proven business management skills
* Customer‑first mindset for business growth
* People‑person, leading by example and inspiring team performance
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking
