We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to plan and deliver impactful B2B campaigns that drive growth in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office plus occasional UK travel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Own and manage the campaign calendar
* Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns
* Manage campaigns end‑to‑end
* Collaborate with sales, buying, and suppliers
* Lead brand activations and promotions
* Support trade events and product launches
* Track performance and optimise campaigns
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Strong campaign management experience
* Knowledge of FMCG or trade marketing
* Experience with multi‑channel campaigns
* Data‑driven with analytical skills
* Full UK driving licence
