Their focus is on providing an exceptional quality of service to their clients whilst supporting their people in achieving professional fulfilment.
The growing, market-leading team has a sizeable London base and collaborates closely with their range of employer clients to provide them with solutions-focused advice. The friendly lawyers cover all areas of Employment-related legal advice including redundancy and TUPE processes, business immigration, and contracts and handbooks. They also provide contentious advice, aid in carrying out workplace investigations, prepare for litigation in the ET and HC, and collaborate with other teams to provide cross-departmental support.
A new hire can expect to be heavily involved in a variety of matters with a focus on contentious and advisory work. This person should have an outstanding academic record, experience of providing employment law advice within a well-established team, and an ability to demonstrate proactivity in a proficient matter.
