A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experiencedFinance Managerto take a lead role within its finance function. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a key part in supporting business performance while overseeing a small team.
This is a broad and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to combine financial control with commercial input, while contributing to process improvements and operational decision-making.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working closely with the detail but also wants to influence how finance supports the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
* Support finance function maintaining strong governance controls
* Produce accurate month-end reporting and financial analysis
* Assist budgeting forecasting and cash flow planning
* Maintain balance sheet integrity including inventory oversight
* Partner leadership providing clear financial business insights
* Develop KPI reporting across profitability and operations
* Support costing variance analysis and cost visibility
* Contribute to process improvements and systems development
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
* Manufacturing or engineering background preferred
* Strong grounding in financial reporting and controls
* Exposure to group reporting structures advantageous
