We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst to join a well-established global London Market Insurance Company.
Working within a small and collaborative dedicated UK team, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting environments that include Microsoft, Insurance, and Azure Services. You will provide support across the business, from white glove VIP support for executives to AV support for Microsoft-based conference rooms.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 3rd line technical support, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance.
2. Document processes and promote best practices across the infrastructure.
3. Resolve complex issues escalated by 1st and 2nd line engineers.
4. Offer technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
5. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
6. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
Skills & Requirements:
* Experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within financial services or insurance sectors.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments.
* Knowledge of network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls).
* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, remote desktop tools, and support desk software.
